Consequently, we take care to ensure that each print meets our exacting standards for quality and fidelity to the original. (Andrew is a printing geek, and it shows!) To demonstrate our confidence in the quality of our work, and to protect your fine art investment, we offer the following guarantees:
- Personal Inspection: Andrew personally prints, inspects and signs each print before it is shipped. He is picky! If it’s not perfect we print it again. All prints are made in our studio.
- Lifetime No-Fade Warranty: We produce our work using professional equipment and the finest archival printing and matting materials. If your piece should ever fade or discolor, we will promptly replace it at no charge to you. (Note: modern fine art pigment prints (sometimes called Giclée) are among the most color fast and long-lived color images ever made. They vastly exceed typical chemical darkroom color prints with respect to longevity.)
- One year, no questions asked, no hard feelings guarantee: If you are not delighted with your artwork, you may return it for credit, refund, or exchange within one year of your purchase. No hard feelings, no questions asked, no hassle. Just return our purchase to us in like new condition. (Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.)
- Prompt, Secure Shipping: US orders are shipped via US Priority Mail, and are insured and trackable. Your package is normally shipped within a few days of your order, unless we are on an extended photographic expedition. If you require expedited service, please contact us. Of course, if your purchase is damaged in shipment, we will promptly replace it at no cost to you.
